All eight Applied Skills papers: Audit & Assurance (AA), Financial Reporting (FR), Financial Management (FM), Performance Management (PM), Taxation (TX, UK variant), Corporate & Business Law (LW, English variant), Management Accounting (MA) and Financial Accounting (FA).
Strategic Professional papers aren't included yet — they're on the roadmap.
How does it build my study plan?+
You give it your paper, exam date and weekly study hours. PassPath works out how many teaching weeks you have, reserves the final stretch for revision and mocks, then splits the remaining time across topics in proportion to the official ACCA syllabus mark allocations — so a 30%-weighted topic gets roughly 30% of your hours.
Do I need an account to use it?+
No. There's no sign-up and no cloud login. You open the app and start. Everything you create lives on your iPhone.
Where is my data stored? Is it private?+
Your plan, progress and study history are stored locally on your device. PassPath doesn't upload them to a server or share them with anyone. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
What does it cost?+
PassPath is free while it's in beta. If paid features arrive later, anything you rely on during the beta won't be pulled out from under you without plenty of notice.
Is there an Android version?+
Not yet — PassPath is iPhone-first for now. If there's enough interest, Android is a natural next step.
How do I join the beta?+
The beta runs through Apple's TestFlight. Tap Join the beta, open the invite on your iPhone, install TestFlight if you don't have it, and you're in. Feedback is very welcome — it shapes what gets built next.

Privacy Policy

PassPath ("the app", "we", "us") is a study-planning app for ACCA exams. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. In short: PassPath is built to keep your data on your device.
Information we collect
PassPath does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address or any sign-in details to work. The information you create in the app — your chosen paper, exam date, weekly hours, study sessions, progress, XP, streaks and badges — is generated by you and stored locally on your device.
Where your data is stored
Your plan and progress are saved in the app's local storage on your iPhone. This data is not transmitted to us or to any third-party server as part of normal use. If you delete the app, this locally stored data is removed with it.
Device permissions
- Notifications — optional. If you allow them, PassPath sends you study reminders. These are scheduled on your device; declining them does not affect the rest of the app.
- Calendar — optional. If you choose to sync your plan, PassPath adds your study sessions to your device calendar so they appear alongside your other events. It only writes the events you ask it to and does not read your existing calendar for any other purpose.
Analytics and diagnostics
During the beta, PassPath keeps a small, capped log of in-app events (for example, "plan created" or "session completed") on your device to help understand how the app is used. This log stays on your device and is only ever sent to us if you choose to attach it to a feedback message you send us. No third-party analytics or advertising SDK is bundled in the beta build.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not show third-party advertising.
- We do not build advertising profiles about you.
Third-party services
The app is distributed for beta testing through Apple's TestFlight. Your use of TestFlight is subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policy, and Apple may collect information such as crash reports and basic usage data as part of running the beta programme. This is handled by Apple, not by PassPath.
Children
PassPath is intended for people studying for professional ACCA qualifications and is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices
Because your data lives on your device, you're in control of it: you can clear your plan from within the app, revoke the notification or calendar permissions in your iPhone settings at any time, or remove all data by deleting the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app develops. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page.

The service
PassPath is a study-planning tool that generates suggested schedules and tracks your progress for ACCA exams. It is provided to help you organise your revision. It is currently offered free of charge as a beta.
Not affiliated with ACCA
PassPath is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). "ACCA" and paper names are referenced only to describe the exams the app helps you study for. Always check the current official syllabus and exam arrangements with ACCA.
No guarantee of results
PassPath helps you plan and stay consistent, but it can't sit the exam for you. We make no guarantee that using the app will result in a pass or any particular grade. Study plans, readiness scores and predictions are estimates to guide your effort, not promises of an outcome.
Beta software
This is beta software and may contain bugs or change significantly between releases. Features may be added, changed or removed. We recommend not relying on the app as your only record of your study schedule.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app for its intended purpose — planning and tracking your own study.
- Keep your device and its software reasonably up to date so the app runs as intended.
- Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its distribution.
Intellectual property
The PassPath name, design and app content are owned by their creator. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you; you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app on your own device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassPath is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including missed study, lost data, or exam outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
